Sarah Maddali's vision to simplify the home buying process by offering a VIP service that is rarely seen in the industry has shot her to the top. After having a horrible first-time buyer experience herself, she got out of physical therapy and followed her intuition. She got into the industry with the goal of going above and beyond for every client, so that no one has to go through what she did and so that they can feel as important as they are. Treating “clients” like family and turning them into lifelong friends just happens when you see how much she truly cares.

Neil, coming to Compass from a background as a Finance Analyst at Google, has called Austin, TX home for 13 years. As the first homeowner in his family, he's passionate about helping first-time buyers find their perfect home.
